I move every summer so I wish I was closer to my permanent residence instead.

College students, work in hotels!!!! The hours are typically good and it opens so many doors!!

What I liked
I worked in an intern hub which was awesome because I was exposed daily to different aspects of the company and could see what other projects my fellow interns were working on. I felt I could be myself and enjoy my time there. I also felt that my work had a real impact on how much money the company could be making, to the tune of millions of dollars.
What I wish was different
Believe it or not, there were times in which I wished that I could work more. However, my position was not overtime eligible. So there would be days in which I would work 10 or 11 hours, but I would then have to work less than 8 hours on other days. Otherwise, I did not have many complaints at all.
Advice
Work hard. People will notice. And pay attention to detail. it can end up making a big difference in the end. Do not be afraid to expose discrepancies, as people will thank you in the end.
