Marketing Communications Intern - Summer 2023
DAVIS is seeking a Marketing Communications Intern to assist the Marketing Communications department with all three facets of focus - Engagement, Brand and Communications.
HERE’S WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Plan and coordinate DAVIS-sponsored events such as: topping out parties, ground breakings, grand openings, and client happy hours
- Support company systems and accounts such as: CRM, DAM, Social Media, Intranet, and Corporate Website
- Visit construction project sites to coordinate video and photo shoots
- Foster community partnerships through coordination of community service events and monetary support
- Assist with annual employee apparel store setup and order placement
- Attend A/E/C industry and Marketing-specific networking events
- Other duties as assigned
HERE’S WHO YOU ARE: (REQUIRED)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations or a related field
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exposure to Microsoft Office and Adobe CC
- Decision making, research and analytical problem solving skills
- Time management with the ability to organize, assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands, and to work independently
- Ability to be amenable to occasional after-hour requirements for events
