Creative Strategist

At Artemis Ward, creative strategists sit at the heart of our work, combining account and project management skills with strategic and creative chops. You’ll help maintain strong relationships with our clients by managing projects, deliverables, and communications. Your time will be split among clients to contribute equally to account management, strategy, content, research, and analytics. You’ll bring discipline, rigor, and curiosity to define problems and opportunities that guide our clients to meaningful solutions.



Core responsibilities


  • Apply strategic knowledge of digital, social, cultural, and business landscapes to all efforts
  • Manage clients, timelines, and budgets — and ensure the quality of everything we produce
  • Serve as an interpreter and translator to make sure that team members across disciplines are on the same page
  • Dig into digital analytics and marketing tools to drive results across our work
  • Contribute to a diverse portfolio of creative work spanning digital, social, print, and more
  • Produce captivating, impactful writing driven by research, strategy, and an understanding of clients’ needs
  • Contribute to new business efforts, including presentation creation and pitch delivery
  • Participate in AW marketing efforts, from ongoing content generation for social, web, and our newsletter 
  • Embrace a strong perspective fueled by innovation, creativity, and a genuine curiosity about audiences


Must haves


  • Must be a people person
  • 3-5 years relevant experience at an agency or in-house
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage a variety of ongoing projects
  • High drive and pride in your work
  • Fun and humble but with a get-it-done attitude
