Marketing Manager, Audience
Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager, Audience to join the medical marketing team. This position is located in our New York, NY office.
Job Overview:
Reporting to the Director, Audience Marketing within Haymarket Media's Medical Communications team, this position will be responsible for managing the execution of day-to-day audience marketing for Haymarket’s continuing medical education program and network of medical sites.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement audience marketing strategies for organic and paid promotional efforts including email, social media, and display advertising for new user acquisition and engagement campaigns.
- Assist with and identify conferences and professional organizations for promotional and sponsorship opportunities.
- Ecommerce sales: work with vendors on promotional campaigns.
- Analyze marketing efforts using Looker/Google Analytics and other tools to continuously improve performance metrics and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the art department on graphics, marketing collateral, and other materials as needed.
- Management of two Marketing Specialists on the audience team.
- Assist with other medical marketing campaigns as needed.
Skills and Requirements:
- BA/BS in any field.
- 3-4 years of digital marketing campaign experience; experience in healthcare, publishing, education, or B2B industries a bonus but not required.
- Experience with managing small teams.
- Social media (especially paid) and other digital marketing platforms including Reddit.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Self-starter who has a track record of managing multiple projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- A detail-oriented approach to work.
- Experience with analytics and reporting platforms.

- The salary range for this position is $75,000-$80,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and/or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.
