The Office of Human Resources is a dynamic team that assists the agency’s internal and external customers with all aspects of employment and transformation of human resources activities.

The Senior HR Generalist manages the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs. The Senior HR Generalist duties entails providing support for a wide variety of activities of human resources including labor relations, recruitment, classification, training and development and administration of benefits. This position serves as a lead Human Resources Generalist for DHCD.
