Salary: $74,950 - $97,430 per year
 
The Congressional Research Service (CRS) Office of Administrative Operations is seeking two (2) Human Capital Management Specialists for its Workforce Management Section. The primary focus for each position will be position classification and staffing or workforce data management. Given OPS’ relatively small staff, the selectee may occasionally be assigned work in other areas such as performance management and/or training and development.
 
CRS is well known for analysis that is authoritative, confidential, objective, and nonpartisan. Its highest priority is to ensure that Congress has immediate access to the nation's best thinking on public policy issues of interest to its Members and Committees.
