Accounting Internship (Paid)
We are looking for responsible, smart, positive people to join our accounting team in Herndon, VA or Bethesda, MD for a summer 2023 paid internship role. - Located within commuting distance of Herndon, VA or Bethesda, MD area or willing to relocate
- Working towards an accounting degree and taking at least 2 accounting classes
- Willing to learn new software and any tax software experience a plus
- QuickBooks experience a plus

Job Position:
- Teaming with senior staff to complete a variety of tax returns including business, personal, estate, non-profit returns.
- Working on various projects with senior staff from analysis, planning, etc.
- Learn how to handle tax research and analysis for federal and state levels
- Learn some basic bookkeeping and bookkeeping reconciliation for tax returns for a wide variety of business clients
- Assist with processing payroll including 1099’s, W-2’s etc.
