Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to help us implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations including working with Leadership to develop our Marketing Strategy, facilitate and oversee the execution of our marketing plan, help create content, and manage our marketing channels (social and website). Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s awareness and increase lead generation. If we drop a few F bombs and ruffle a few feathers along the way… all the better.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field with 2-3 years of experience managing SEO and Growth Marketing 
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments with a strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
  • Proficient with Analytics and data driven thinking
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, SEM, Semrush, Moz, Mailchimp, Hootsuite (or, other Social Media Management Systems and PCC management software ie LocaliQ)

Responsibilities


Marketing Growth
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
  • Oversee current marketing performance for existing offerings and come up with initiatives for new products or services 
  • Design and facilitate all digital marketing campaigns that include cross-channel activity and promotion, including SEO/SEM/PPC, marketing database, email, social media, web and display advertising campaigns
  • Facilitate and oversee all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo) and drive content creation
  • Create, manage and experiment top of the funnel efforts with new user acquisition campaigns
  • Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns for bottom of the funnel client nurturing to continue to drive education and advocacy
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Create and help facilitate a marketing reporting plan across platforms and campaigns
  • Analyze data to monitor lead generation performance and uncover areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from marketing testing activities all the way up to the executive level
  • Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
  • Stay up to speed with industry landscape and Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
