Project Management Intern
This summer 2022, 14 West is hosting an Internship Program at their Baltimore location in Mt. Vernon. The program will begin mid/end of May and end in early/mid-August. This 10- 12 week internship will consist of hands-on experience, project-based assignments and networking opportunities. We plan to have interns and staff be on site for a hybrid work model, this would consist of about 2 days a week in the office.
Once the program is completed, our team will evaluate your time with 14 West with the potential, if both agree, to continue as an intern during the school year. Our company hosts many interns throughout the year and will continue to stay flexible with your school and activity schedule.
What you will gain:
- Understanding of project manager and scrum master responsibilities and expectations
- Understanding of team and project dynamics and how works or projects are planned and executed from conception to completion
- Importance of the PMO function in the operating cadence of an entire company.

- Good communication and documentation skills, a desire to learn more about project management and/or scrum master roles
- Positive attitude
- Works well in a team atmosphere
- Eagerness to learn new things
- Junior or Senior enrolled in a college degree program
