Salesforce Data Analyst
FULL-TIME INTERNSHIP
Hours: 8:00am – 4pm (35hours per week)
Start/End Date: May 2022 – May 2023
Basic Function of the Position:
- The Salesforce Data Analyst serves as a point of contact for day-to-day data-related requests.
Critical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation external financial data with Salesforce Data
- Management of data including detection and correction of data-quality issues, process incoming data and data standardization
- Validating and processing data import inquiries
- Ensuring sufficient data quality is maintained so that the data can effectively support the business process and reporting accuracy
- Identifying and investigating the resolution and escalation of Salesforce issues
Work Experience:
- Experience with Salesforce
- 1-year minimum experience in a data analysis role
- Experience working with large complex hierarchical data sets
Education and Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Completed or working towards degree in Business, Sales or a related field preferred
- Must possess strong organizational skills and have attention for detail
- Must demonstrate ability to efficiently handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent communication skills, be customer/team oriented and have the ability to work with all staff levels
- Must have a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

- Travel to CES 2023 n Las Vegas may be required

Flexible Work Arrangements
Regular work hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, including up to an hour lunch break. CTA currently follows a hybrid schedule with 2 days spent in the office and 3 days working remotely. However, due to busy student schedules, additional flexibility available with approval from your direct supervisor.
Casual Dress Attire
While in the office CTA follows a business casual dress schedule. However, should you attend any event as a representative of CTA, internal or external, business attire is required.
CTA’s Check It Out Program
This unique program allows interns to try the most up-to-date technology without having to purchase it. Check It Out gives you the opportunity to borrow new technology, such as Google Glasses, for two weeks at a time. Simply access the system on the intranet, sign up and enjoy!
Parking
Parking is available in the garage directly under our building and is provided FREE of charge for 2022.
On-Site Exercise Facility
Access to our on-site exercise facility is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, free of charge
Holidays *Interns are not paid for Federal Holidays
The following holidays are recognized each year:

· President’s Day 3rd Monday in February
· Memorial Day Last Monday in May
· Independence Day July 4
· Labor Day 1st Monday in September

CTA offices are open for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (3RD Monday of January), Juneteenth (June 19), Columbus Day (2nd Monday in October), and Veterans Day
Professional Development
CTA Interns will have the opportunity to participate in Lunch and Learns throughout their internship. These will be professional training and development presentations led by various CTA staff members.

Travel to Las Vegas
Many interns have the opportunity to travel to Las Vegas for a week in January to work the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), the world’s largest consumer tech tradeshow.

As an added benefit CTA offers full-time interns the opportunity to enroll in a medical insurance plan that meets essential coverage and affordability requirements. This plan is offered for the intern and any dependent children.
