Operations Analyst
B&M Consulting Group, Inc. (B&M) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to assist with operational, project management, human resources, and general business support. The successful candidate will obtain extensive experience in a broad array of corporate operations.

Responsibilities
· Business Operations: Supports the company’s business operations and administration, including corporate continuous improvement efforts. Supports financial management and reporting tasks, to include addressing data and information requests. Develops, reviews, and submits reports, presentations, and documentation required by the Government, clients, and external auditors.
· Project Management: Helps define project budgets, and helps track resource expenditure on contracts, invoicing, and compliance with contract requirements by reviewing timesheets and reporting. Maintains contract documentation, and supports coordination between the corporate office and client sites.
· Human Resources: Follows developed HR procedures to support personnel on-boarding and off-boarding, training, and recruitment activities. Coordinates team-building events.
Qualifications
· Bachelor or Master degree
· Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Excellent copy-editing and proofreading skills
· Ability to work independently and within a team
· Detailed-oriented and highly organized
· Motivated and self-driven
