As a Video and Content Intern at CAVA, you’ll be joining a team of creative individuals focused on building innovative storytelling, crafting unique campaigns, and spreading CAVA love with consumers across the country. We’re looking for a driven aspiring creative to join our team.
You will:
Support cross-functional members of our creative content and video teams
Gain exposure to the content and video development process
Pioneer inspiration sourcing efforts across social and video platforms
Provide video and photo shoot support
Collaborate with the creative team, reporting to the Video Producer
Work collaboratively on one key creative project or initiative that you’ll get to present at the end of your internship
You have:
A passion for good food, great storytelling, and compelling advertising
An interest in developing a career in video, content, and brand
An understanding of and interest in basic video production principles (from pre to post)
An understanding of and/or interest in post-production video workflows and processes (editing, coloring, sound mixing, etc.)
A desire to be on-set and help out wherever possible
Social media acumen and an understanding of best practices
A willingness to take on multiple projects in competing stages at once
An eagerness to join a growing company and strong desire to help build a brand
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in college
Familiarity with the Adobe Suite, particularly Premiere
Comfort with DSLR/mirrorless video production
Bonus Points:
Knowledge of basic 3-point lighting setups
Familiarity with professional camera systems (particularly using the FS7)
All positions will be based at our office in Washington, DC. Interns will be paid $13.25/hour.
